If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused
The item must be in its original packaging
All accessories must be included
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
We will notify you of approval or rejection
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If the product is:
Damaged during shipping
Incorrectly shipped
Manufacturing defective

Offer replacement
or
Provide full refund
Return shipping will be covered by us in these cases.
Please provide photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items damaged by the customer
Items missing packaging or accessories
Customized or personalized products
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
Once shipped, the 14-day withdrawal right applies instead.
7. Cash on Delivery (If Available)
For COD orders:
Payment must be made at delivery
Refused parcels will be treated as returned orders
